This website privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) describes how Jadian IOS (“Jadian,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may collect, use, share, and maintain the information about you in connection with your access and use of our website, located at www.jadianios.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Jadian IOS Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”). Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use.
The term “Personal Information” has the meaning given to it under applicable laws and regulations relating to data protection and privacy (including similar terms such as “personal data,” “PI” or “PII”). By using the Site, you consent to the privacy practices described in this Privacy Policy.
The information that we collect.
Personal Information. When you visit the Site, you may voluntarily provide us with your Personal Information, such as your name, email address, address, organization, login credentials. For example, you may provide us with Personal Information when you interact with us, including by filling out forms or fields on the Site and contacting us or request information about us, the Site, and our services (whether by email or other physical or electronic means). If you choose not to provide us with your Personal Information, you may still be able to access and use some of our Site. Note, however, that certain features of our Site, including the Investor Portal, that require your information may not be accessible to you.

When you use the Site, we may automatically collect certain technical information from your computer or mobile device through a variety of technical methods including cookies (which are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters), web beacons, and other technologies to help analyze our web page flow, customize our content, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety (“Cookies Information”). You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, although doing so may interfere with your ability to use the Site or certain features of the Site. We may also use Google Analytics or a similar service that uses Cookies to help us analyze how users use the Site. How we use the information we collect.
We may use your Personal Information to operate and manage the Site, including to understand and analyze the usages trends and preferences of our users, to improve the Site, and to improve fraud detection and information security.

We use certain physical, managerial, and technical safeguards that are reasonably designed to protect the integrity and security of your information. Retention
We retain information as long as it is reasonably necessary and relevant for our operations, and/or to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation, or enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements.

Visitors from Outside the United States.
The Site are controlled and operated by Jadian in the United States. If you choose to access the Site from a jurisdiction outside the United States, you (a) acknowledge that you will be transferring your information, including Personal Information, to the United States; (b) agree to the storage and processing of your information in the United States, as necessary to provide to you the products and services available through the Site; and (c) understand that United States law may not offer the same privacy protections as the law of your jurisdiction.
Changes and Updates to this Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will endeavor to notify you prior to changes taking effect, such as by posting a prominent notice on the Site, sending you an email so that you can choose whether to continue using the Site, or another reasonable method. Please revisit this page periodically to stay aware of any changes to this Privacy Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, disputes arising hereunder will be resolved in accordance with the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the dispute arose.
Do Not Track Disclosures.
Third parties such as advertising networks, analytics providers, and widget providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you access or use our Site. Currently, various browsers offer a “Do Not Track” option, but there is no standard for how Do Not Track should work on commercial websites. Due to lack of such standards, the Site do not respond to Do Not Track consumer browser settings.

By accessing other third party websites through our Site, you are consenting to the terms of use and privacy policies of those websites.
