Nick is the Assistant Controller at JIOS. Prior to joining JIOS, Nick was the Controller at Hudson Real Estate Finance LLC, where he led the accounting, financial reporting, and asset management functions for a portfolio of HUD financed multifamily investments. Nick is a licensed CPA in the state of Virginia.
