Alex Kouwenhoven
Vice President – Investments
Alex is a Vice President on the Investment Team for JIOS. He oversees leasing across JIOS’ national portfolio and manages business development strategies for the firm. Prior to joining JIOS, Alex managed leasing, asset management, and operations across a portfolio of industrial properties owned by Woodhill Real Estate. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Union College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
